The fresh air and sun in the months of March and April while sap is flowing and the sweet taste of truly authentic maple syrup drive me to this ceremonial harvest. We have been producing maple syrup since 2021 and we do it in the old fashion way - collecting sap in buckets and using a wood burning evaporator.
